As Technical Sales / Account Manager your role will be to develop new business as well as work with existing clients. This role will require extensive networking skills and the ability to hunt for new business. While Millers7 is a Remote Native company, this role requires visiting client sites throughout Europe.
The ideal candidate is a confident, outgoing person who is willing to help develop and maximise the impact of our business and sales activities, making sure our customers are happy and ultimately owning the sales process end-to-end.
Software Sales Manager
Creating new business opportunities.
Engaging with business customers to identify, cultivate and close business opportunities.
Strengthening and managing relationships existing sales accounts.
Attending and presenting at trade exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
Co-ordinating software project proposals with technical staff.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience with technical projects or similar technical sales / account experience.
Excellent customer facing and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiating skills at all levels of an organisation.
Proven track record of working with technical teams.
Self-starter with excellent time management skills and a 'can do' attitude.
Opportunity profiling, forecasting and closing skills.
Good technical mind-set.
Experience in new business development and market research.
Multiple European languages skills would be beneficial, but not essential.
Knowledge of Lean startup methodology and concepts like MVP and Actionable metrics.
Experience in two or more market sectors.
